Many homes receive recommendations from Educational Psychologists, CAMHS, Clinical Psychologists and other professionals. However, one of the common challenges across residential care is translating those recommendations into consistent practice across staff teams and shifts.
Elev8 supports residential services in embedding trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches into everyday care delivery. Through training, consultation, reflective practice and implementation support, we help teams strengthen therapeutic culture and improve staff confidence.
Our approach is grounded in practical experience across residentia care, education and psychologically informed environments. We understand the realities of supporting young people with complex needs and focus on developing systems that are realistic, sustainable and centred around the individual needs of children, young people and adults in care.
